We welcome you to bring anything your pet would feel the most comfortable to have with them, but please realize that personal belongings can be soiled by your pet, damaged, or lost. Please bring enough of your pet’s food and medications for the duration of their stay, plus a couple extra days in case of a change in plans. You may bring toys and chewing items if your pet is okay to have them unsupervised.
First and foremost, we provide a ton of love and attention! We provide each dog kennel with dishes, raised cots, and clean bedding, and each cat kennel with dishes, clean bedding, litter pans, and litter. We also have plenty of leashes, treats, toys, scratching mats, and house food. Our house food is a veterinary prescription diet that is made to be gentle on the pet’s stomach. You may choose to feed our house food for the duration of your pet’s stay with us; additional charges may apply.
You’re always welcome to call us for a verbal update on how your furry family member is doing! Our receptionists are more than happy to let you know how they are! Please be aware that they may need to tag in one of our resort attendants for a more detailed report. We appreciate your patience! Report cards are sent on weekdays for daycare pets and boarding dogs/cats who sign up for them.
For the safety of all pets staying and playing with us, all pets need to be up to date on the following; Dogs – Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and a negative fecal test within the last 6 months. Cats – Rabies, and Feline Distemper (FVRCP). We highly recommend having these records emailed to us well in advance of your stay. Our email is info@romppetresort.com.
